WHAT IS MSC?

Discover Your Inner Strengths

Anyone can develop self-compassion, even those who didn't receive enough affection in childhood or people who feel uncomfortable when they are good to themselves. How is that? Because the program builds resources that all human beings already possess, even if we did not work to develop these resources in the past. Self compassion is a courageous, empowered stance that stands up to stress and difficulty, including the ways that we unwittingly hurt on ourselves through self-criticism, self-isolation, or self-absorption.
