YOUR GUIDES: SIRI CHANDLER & BEN WEINSTEIN
Two of Asia's Most Experienced MSC Teachers
Siri Chandler is a dual Thai-American national living in Pranburi, Thailand, where she facilitates mindfulness and compassion retreats, courses, and workshops in-person and online. She is a certified teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), with teacher training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cultivating Emotional Balance (CEB), Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) and a variety of other MBI’s. As an enthusiastic life-long learner, she devotes her time to continuously deepen her own practice which she has been cultivating over the past 30 years. Siri is especially drawn to bringing mindfulness into daily life in a practical way. She brings the practice into what she enjoys most: kiteboarding, hiking, yoga, and walking her dogs on the beach. Learn more about Siri.
Ben is clinical psychologist who chose a path less traveled to live as an expat in Thailand since 2003. Ben has been a mindfulness practitioner since 2004 and now teaches mindfulness and self-compassion in English and Thai. Ben is honored to be a certified teacher of Chris Germer and Kristin Neff’s remarkable Mindful-Self Compassion (MSC) training course. As someone who has devoted his entire working life to applying psychological and behavioral science to help people learn, develop, heal, and grow, Ben is profoundly inspired by the proven, transformative power of mindfulness, purpose-guided engaged living, and self-compassion.
