YOUR GUIDES: SIRI CHANDLER & BEN WEINSTEIN

Siri Chandler is a dual Thai-American national living in Pranburi, Thailand, where she facilitates mindfulness and compassion retreats, courses, and workshops in-person and online. She is a certified teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), with teacher training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cultivating Emotional Balance (CEB), Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) and a variety of other MBI’s.  As an enthusiastic life-long learner, she devotes her time to continuously deepen her own practice which she has been cultivating over the past 30 years.   Siri is especially drawn to bringing mindfulness into daily life in a practical way.  She brings the practice into what she enjoys most: kiteboarding, hiking, yoga, and walking her dogs on the beach.  Learn more about Siri.

Ben is clinical psychologist who chose a path less traveled to live as an expat in Thailand since 2003.  Ben has been a mindfulness practitioner since 2004 and now teaches mindfulness and self-compassion in English and Thai.   Ben is honored to be a certified teacher of Chris Germer and Kristin Neff’s remarkable Mindful-Self Compassion (MSC) training course.  As someone who has devoted his entire working life to applying psychological and behavioral science to help people learn, develop, heal, and grow, Ben is profoundly inspired by the proven, transformative power of mindfulness, purpose-guided engaged living, and self-compassion.  You can learn more about Ben here.

Mindful Self-Compassion Training Program Online


Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is the ability to be present in the face of challenges and support ourselves in the same way we would do for a good, loyal friend. The MSC training program is a cutting-edge, applied mindfulness course that will help you discover and tap into powerful human strengths. The program is very practical and includes many skills you can apply in your daily life. The 9-session MSC program is scientifically-supported and based on the groundbreaking research and clinical work of Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer. MSC builds on our basic resources as human beings. 

As a human being, each of us already has the capacity for kindness and resilience.  MSC teaches core principles and practices that empower participants to respond to the stresses and difficulties of their lives with a kind, connected presence. In MSC, participants cultivate skills of self-compassion with experiential exercises and practices that they can apply in their daily lives.

This version of MSC training program online includes:

  • 8 core course sessions X 3 hours each (24 hours total) on Sundays at  9am Thailand time starting Sunday January 23, 2022

  • A 3-hour retreat session after the 5th session.


Prior to registering, participants should plan to attend every session and practice mindfulness and self-compassion at least 20-30 minutes per day on their own throughout the program.

  4. We’ send you the link to make payment online and secure your spot.

  5. Make your payment and your place is secured!  Easy online payment options available.

(Refund policy:  If you cancel before/on January 14th, you will be refunded your course fee minus a 5.5% processing, gateway, and VAT fee from the online ticketing company, which is non-refundable.  If you cancel between January 15th and the Start Date, you will be refunded 45% of your course fee.  There are no refunds after January 23.)
